1b: residents in long-term care settings; people w/2+ chronic conditions IDd as increased risk of severity; people over 65 years who live in congregate settings(i.e., migrant farm camps, prisons/jails, homeless shelters); staff of congregate settings

2: people in congregate living settings younger than 65 or have <2 conditions; frontline workers at high/mod risk of exposure w/<2 conditions; healthcare workers; adults w/1 chronic condition; 65+ w/<2 chronic conditions

Can please boost me? Question for people not from the US (or Canada, probably): Do you feel like ideas like "racism is discrimination + systemic power" or "reverse-racism isn't real" are in some way ideas from the US? Would those seem foreign to you? Are claims around those and "we're not from the same culture, so we have different views" as disingenuous as it sounds to me or am I off?
