My therapist suggested reducing my caffeine intake in an experiment in anxiety management. I'm on my second day of half-caf, and I am SO SLEEPY. I'm almost definitely going to push tonight's stream to another night. Nodding off during Celeste won't go nearly as well as it did during Her Story a few weeks ago. 😅
